Committed to Our Communities
Hello Friends and Neighbors!
I am running for the Vermont House because I want to make sure that Halifax, Whitingham and Wilmington remain wonderful places to live, work and raise a family. We are at a critical moment for our communities. Costs for everything from education to healthcare to running a business are increasing. Young families often struggle to make ends meet and remain in our communities. Areas of our communities often lack the infrastructure - high-speed broadband and cell service - that is essential for growing a 21st century economy. Our communities need a strong voice in Montpelier to ensure that that are communities are not left behind.
For most of my career I have been committed to public service. Since moving to Wilmington, I have continued that tradition by serving on the Wilmington Selectboard, helping to found and co-chair Wilmington Works, Wilmington's new downtown organization, and serving on the Wilmington Trails Committee and the board of the Wilmington Fund VT. I want to continue to work hard for our communities and would be honored to represent the towns of Halifax, Whitingham and Wilmington in the Statehouse. I am confident that we can make our communities places where our economy can grow and families can thrive.
This summer I will be knocking on doors throughout our communities. I hope I have the opportunity to meet you and to listen to your hopes and concerns. If I miss you, please do not hesitate to contact me. If you are interested in helping out on the campaign, there are many different ways to contribute or volunteer.
I hope you will considering voting for me on Tuesday, November 8th.
